For this purpose, the extraction adapter is simply screwed into the cylinder valve (DIN G5 / 8 '') and the plexiglass T-fitting of the GOX analyzer is pushed onto the extraction adapter.
Now, you can hold the analyzer in one hand and in with the other hand you can operate the valve handwheel of the cylinder to analyze the gas. Without the extraction adapter you have to hold the T-fitting into the cylinder valve.
Furthermore, the use of the extraction adapter also prevents the aspiration of foreign air, so that this can not lead to measurement errors.
