The Halcyon Defender Spool Pro represents the latest evolution of the conventional spool.
First of all the core of the Halcyon Defnder Spool Pro was redesigned. Thereby on the one hand the size of the spool was reduced and on the other hand the handling was facilitated. The risk of catching a finger during deployment was nearly eliminated.
Furthermore, the Halcyon Defender Spool Pro has a so-called Easy-Grip adapter. With this mount the spool can be easily operated even when wearing thick gloves / dry gloves. With the Easy-Grip adapter the spool can be fully locked or simple be kept in free spin. In addition, the Easy-Grip adapter can be quickly and easily removed and so you get a classic spool.
